No added value

1 credit for 9 minutes of information which can be easily found on the internet. Expected more. Not saying that it is useless, for some it may, but not for me.

Waste of money

The book was 9 minutes long in total and offered no new information of tinnitus that as a long time sufferer offered no help what do ever!
I wish I would have kept the money!!
