A time travel historical adventure.

Jackson Lee is a well-known adventure vlog influencer. He and a small support crew have been cashing in on the video craze with phenomenal, hair-raising exploits for years.

Their latest undertaking is way beyond anything they've ever done. It's extremely dangerous and, worse, highly illegal. Never would Jackson have imagined those risks to be the least of his worries.

After stumbling over the archaeological find of the century, Jackson and a local anthropologist suddenly find themselves transported to a different time and place. It's a world of unbelievable sights, unimaginable marvels, and barbaric practices that violate all that is human. Despite treading lightly as they deal with this new reality, their intrusion results in unintended consequences for the world they left. Making it right is their top priority, along with surviving the ordeal. It may not be possible to do both.

Can they clean up the mess they've made? Or will the attempt just make it worse?

I managed to get through the whole audio book. I did enjoy the storyline and the bond between the characters. What i did find a little (or lot) frustrating was the amount of menial detail that bolstered the book by about 30%.

Examples - 'She took the bottle from her bag, unscrewed the cap and took a big gulp, she then screwed the cap back onto the bottle and put it in the large compartment of her bag'.

This is an example x 100's of times - maybe it's just me, but i did find it a little annoying.

Ok in parts, but too much unnecessary detail.

I really enjoyed listening to this story, well narrated and well paced.
The storyline was exciting and as I mostly listened in bed, I felt like I could really see and feel the caves and people.
I would have liked the story to continue on past where it finished, to know what transpires with the characters but I spose it means our imagination can work on that.
well worth a listen. More please Victor.....

well researched and believable and exciting
