Basic Outdated Dietary Guidelines
This is a basic book for people who don't stay in touch with Nutrition. The author warns against cruciferous vegetables, (not corniferous as pronounced by the narrator), fats, and gluten, then includes them in food recommendations.
There was nothing in this book that enlightened me.
