Summary

"Thumbelina" is a fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen, first published in 1835. The story is about a tiny girl and her adventures with toads, moles, "cockchafers" and other small creatures - until she finally meets a tiny prince and lives happily ever after. Over the years, the story has been adapted in various media, including songs and animated films.
