Inspired by Game of Thrones, these short erotic vignettes follow the "fantasy" genre label all the way: fire-breathing dragons, noble knights, and king’s court drama provide a canvass for polymorphous pleasures, which, to be sure, offer a little something for just about everyone. What makes Thrones of Desire a truly unique and valuable forebear of erotic fiction, however, is its varied range of sexual perspectives and meaningful discussions on important aspects of sexuality - from gender identity to rape culture. Author Mitzi Szereto neither diminishes these issues nor does he compromise the throbbing desire that drives these fantasies. Performer Alastair Haynesbridge is downright dashing. His confident, husky English baritone seems to burgeon with the rippling muscles of a strapping squire.
Thrones of Desire: Erotic Tales of Swords, Mist and Fire is a place where lust and legend abound, and adventure, passion and danger entwine. Think mystical lands and creatures, kings and queens, knights and renegades, heroes and villains, warlords, maidens and princesses. Think battles and danger, honor and dishonor, good and evil. Most of all, think hearts filled with passion and secret desire. This is a place where romantic chivalry is alive and well, but so too is romantic wickedness. This is a place where the good do not always win, and the bad are often more captivating and desirable than their altruistic counterparts. In these lush and timeless landscapes, the battle for flesh can be as important as the battle for power. Intrigue, sorcery, revenge, lawlessness, dark secrets and mysterious elixirs; entanglements with supernatural beings – everything is possible in these magical mythical landscapes. Inspired by Game of Thrones, these imaginative steamy tales transport the reader to fantastical realms.

Erotic Fantasy that really works
If you could sum up Thrones of Desire in three words, what would they be?
Erotic, Fantasy & Magic
What did you like best about this story?
These are all short stories, many based on fantasy and magic, ie "Game of Thrones" But so much more many of the authors are your regular Erotic writers who have just pushed the envelope. They all did a great job. I don't think there was any one story I didn't enjoy. They don't all have happy endings but that's fantasy for you .
Have you listened to any of Alastair Haynesbridge’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I never heard him narrate before but I think he did a good job
Any additional comments?
I'd love to see more Erotic Fantasy's along this line. Erotica is great but pushing the imagination just that little bit more was really enjoyable

Would you try another book from Mitzi Szereto and/or Alastair Haynesbridge?
I would not try another of their books.
Any additional comments?
This was my first of these kind of short stories. I found the stories to be poor at best. The choice of narrators could've been better. Of the stories I liked the Snow Queen one best.
