I have been looking forward to this release for a while. it is fantastic and the pacing sets it apart from other like it.
the only small gripe I have is that the author need a thesaurus as they seem to stuck repeat a word. eg present or twain it breaks the flow when the rest is so well written

Loved it. Looking forward to reading the rest of the series. This was 4 of 9 with 5 more to experience. If they prove as good as the first four, I’ll be quite happy

It’s a good listen and I liked the characters. But the storyline is almost identical to Patrick Laplante’s painting the mist.
