Summary

I am not one of you.

At least that’s what you’ll tell yourself.

You’ll say I’m a monster. A sicko. A deranged killer.

But I am no monster, I am no sicko, and I am not deranged.

I am simply a man who happens to enjoy murdering people in the most violent of ways.

So don’t bother listening to this if you have a weak stomach, get easily offended, or are simply not interested in the best way to dispose of a dead body.

(It’s pigs, by the way. They eat anything.)

My name is Gerald Brittle. I am a serial killer. And this is my memoir.

Brilliant book

My first review disappeared so making a second.

As this book clearly tells you in the sample and first chapter here are my two pennies worth of a review.

I love this book it was exactly what I expected graphic death and a killer finding himself. I love the ending and wonder what is coming next. The first chapter and sample both warn you not to read it if you get offered easy or a little squeamish I would follow that advice. If you want a happy story maybe this is not the book for you.

I read this book before shutter house and this was my first Rick Wood book, I will definitely be looking more into his work.

Can't say I "enjoyed" it

This book is dark, twisted, sickening and just a parcel of gross about everything bad on the planet. Which is a fact that Rick Wood is aware of, the "author" of the memoir is aware of, and if you read the book description you'll be aware of. I didn't enjoy any of this book, and at times it made me feel rather ill BUT having said that; I couldn't stop listening, I was totally gripped, and I've got the shutter house downloaded even though I know I'll hate it just as much.

Tldr; if you wanna read it do so at your own risk but have some disney films ready and maybe a therapist on speed dial.
