Awesome!

So good I had to buy a hard copy because it's full of AMAZING information you want to keep referring back to, so just making clips doesn't help, you need to:
Listen to it to absorb everything
Then buy the hard copy and highlight all the parts u will to refer back to in your fitness journey.

Brilliant!!

Really learnt a lot listening to this book, its fab and I cant wait to get started. I've bought the year one challenge in paperback so I can use it as my training journal. Looking g forward to sharing my success on Mike's social media!!

The Health and Fitness Bible

This and Bigger Leaner Stronger (for men) are the absolute bible for those wanting to achieve health strength and fitness, naturally. If you follow this book to the letter you 'cannot' fail. Mike Mathews has changed my life!

Love it but ...

This book has been my fitness bible for the past 2 years and I love everything Mike Matthews has put out so far, incl his supplements but I would plead with him to please leave the narrating to someone else. He sounds bored and robotic and his passion for fitness does not shine through at all, sorry Mike :)

Excellent

Probably best to not get it as audio as I could have done with some of the information written down for me and to keep having to rewind the audio is more than annoying. Also the guy who narrates it can't always say his 'W's properly and pronounces it like the way Stewie says 'coolwhip' in Family Guy. But overall great book!

No matter your fitness goals, get this

I struggled to get into this at first, due to the narrator's voice. That being said, I quickly got used to it and could listen past that. this has some really key information in it. I was spending so long in the gym doing exercises I really didn't need to do. Now I do less days, for less time but and much more constructive and consistent with my time and workouts. my nutrition has improved too.

I ended up buying this as a book too as there are certain things like I want to re-read: the workout builder info, nutrition and supplements.

Fantastic Book

I used a coach who swore by this guy’s principles and it got me amazing results. I thought I’d listen for myself just for the science aspect of it and it didn’t disappoint. The only thing I will say, is that the narration is awful. ABSOLUTELY terrible he sounds like a robot and if you are new to fitness you’ll prob switch off. Just buy the hard copy - it won’t disappoint.

First half is top class, struggled with second

If you like the science (like me), you'll find the first half fascinating. The second half goes into specifics for diet and training, which I think would be better as a hard copy book because it's hard to visualise when listening to the audiobook. Overall though, some really good takeaways from this.
