I’ve probably listened to/read 3 or 4 self help books for sleep! I’ve never finished one. It’s all the same unrealistic rituals and scare mongering. This book is different. I’ve been lucky enough to have discovered the author about 3 or 4 years ago and have put what she says into practice. This book is brilliant and is so helpful and realistic. And it’s all true, no myths or promises. Just facts of how sleeps works. If you feel you struggle with sleep, read/listen to this book for sure. I’m someone who overthinks, worries and tries to fix things and got obsessed with sleep… now I don’t.
