Amazing for my workout

I used to listen to hard rock and heavy metal when I work out because I think that’s what I need to push myself hard in the gym. But I noticed I actually perform better when I listen to affirmations like these, it gets me more in the zone.

My favorite is the relationships chapter.

No repeated affirmations!!

Not a single affirmation is repeated! I REALLY appreciate that about this audiobook. Nice to see they didn’t just cut corners.
