Thief of Hearts

I really enjoyed all of the books in this series so it was fun to go back to this one. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed. Angel Clark did a very good job with the narration. I received this free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

I absolutely loved this book!!

Alna may have refused Garred at first but a love like there's just was meant to be. The Pruxnae custom definitely helped this along but they were definitely soul mates. His patience and her willfulness were a perfect match.

Very Enjoyable!

This is what I love! A whole lot of romance, while being light on the drama. I love the story, writing style, worldbuilding and narration. It's romantic and fun. Listening to Book 1 now, and it is great! Just as romantic and enjoyable as this novella. Highly recommended! I got this Audio Book for free (thanks!). I'm voluntarily leaving this review. To the beginning.

Going back to the beginning to hear Alna's story was good. Having already listened to 2 books in the series, it's fun to see how she was brought into the way of life and taken out of her "plans". As always with these books, the women have realistic reactions to these men and their kidnapping ways. I like that about this series! *I requested this book and am voluntarily leaving this review

4.5 Stars...A Story That Drew Me In

On a planet possibly colonized by Earth or earth-like planet, women are the rulers and guards Alna has earned the privilege of being a guard to the queen. It’s the night before she is installed and she runs into a man, a race known to kidnap their brides. Gared immediately knows Alan is for him...so he kidnaps her. Action, protectiveness, attraction, duty and misunderstanding takes place in this short story that packs a lot in a short time. I started unsure how I was going to feel about it and quickly became drawn in and really enjoyed it and hoped for the couple to be together The narrator, again at first i was unsure but came to love her narration. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
