I read this when it first came out & adored it.
This audiobook has ramped up that adoration to dizzying levels. We all know McKay can write complex, perfectly imperfect characters, in the most wonderfully devised stories that hook you from the get go, coming alive on the page - so hearing them performed by a talent like Abby Craden blows the doors off! The plot is perfect, the characters are well rounded & interesting, the chemistry between Chiara & Vi is off the charts & nobody, I repeat nobody writes like McKay to weave every single thread together to create such a beautiful end product. If I could give this all the stars I would.
