Summary

Delightfully funny and narrated by the author, David Walliams' imaginative storytelling knows no bounds. From the tongue-in-cheek title to the cast of vivid characters, this is an utterly delightful audiobook that children and adults will both find to be a breath of fresh air.

From the world's favourite author, David Walliams, 10 cautionary tales and a delightfully dreadful cast of characters, all hilariously read aloud by the author himself!

Are you ready to meet the world's worst children? Five beastly boys and five gruesome girls!

Like Sofia Sofa - a TV superfan so stuck to the sofa that she's turning into one! Or Dribbling Drew - a boy whose drool gets him into trouble on a school trip! And don't forget Blubbering Bertha - a girl who bawls and tells terrible tales!

Also featuring a special appearance from fan favourite Raj!

From number-one best-selling author David Walliams comes this collection of wickedly funny, deliciously mischievous tales.

wackiest worst children stories are wonderful !

Raj and his introduction makes the best start to the book! I was smiling from the very beginning and the laughter continued throughout till the very end of the book. The narration and sound effects were brilliant as ever. Highly recommend this audio book. I love the way the author always has a moral to the story even if it is tongue in cheek.

Kids laughing out loud!

Bought this as something for my son (just 7) and daughter (just 5) to listen to on the plane/by the beach. Although I haven't listened to it personally, the children LOVED it. My son was asking to listen to this rather than go in the pool or on the beach! They both laughed out loud. If they're happy, I'm happy.

For both children and adults

My kids love the story and the sound effects. Me too. It gave us time to bond and laugh at l the naughty children. It was supposed to only be the first book, but now we have gone and gotten more. The simplicity of a children's book. The stories are short and hilarious. Try it for yourself.

Couldn't get past the narration

Found the narration by the author very difficult and trying to listen to. Lasted 30 minutes in the car before i turned it off to the annoyance of my children. Sorry David Williams!

I'm an adult and work with children up to 11 years old - I think they would enjoy this.

The less liked of David Walliams books, so far.

It's nicely narrated as the other stories that we have listened to from the same author. Nevertheless we didn't finish listening to it because we didn't find the short stories interesting. They didn't capture our imagination (mine and my 11 year old boy). We didn't find it funny either (and we had laughed or giggled with some other of his books).
