Summary

AD 263 - the Roman Empire is in turmoil, with violent uprising threatening the balance of power. Ritual killing ad nauseam

No thanks.

I was hoping for a true to life overview of a certain time of history from various perspectives. Instead I got a grim ritual killing described in gruesome detail repeatedly.
