Summary
In the wake of her husband's inexplicable suicide - and the equally mysterious deaths of scores of other exemplary individuals - Jane picks up the trail of a secret cabal of powerful players who think themselves above the law and beyond punishment. But the people bent on hijacking America's future for their own monstrous ends never banked on a highly trained FBI agent willing to become the nation's most wanted fugitive in order to derail their insidious plans.

More of the same
More of Jane running around abducting people, being sad and drinking vodka.
Not sure I can be bothered with any more in this series.

Excellent
was a bit disappointed with The Silent Corner but the Whispering Room made up for it 10 fold. Edge of the seat stuff, Koontz at his best .

No point in listening
What is the point of writing a book that has no end a complete waste of time!

Great story
Good narration and the characters were brilliant and well portrayed. Enjoyed this and I’m now looking for the next Jane Hawk in the series.

Didn’t disappoint
My first Dean Koontz novel was the prequel to this and I just had to buy this and wasn’t disappointed. Jane Hawk rocks! Koontz has created a complex character who is compassionate and gutsy. Looking forward to book 3 of this series

SO MANY LOOSE ENDS
Dean Koontz seems to have forgotten that a story needs a satisfactory rather than a fudged conclusion.
