Set your Health GPS - This is a must read!!!

Are you looking to get healthy, but find yourself on a constant rollercoaster of diet and weight loss/gain? Maybe you just haven't set your vision correctly. Stop wandering aimlessly through your weight-loss plan and "map" it out. This is what I learned from The Wellness Roadmap. I am a 45-year-old professional and considered myself in good health, but I certainly wasn't disciplined enough to stay in optimum health. After listening to this book, I found out why. It was because I didn't have a clear enough vision or Roadmap. What I enjoyed most about the book were the real-life stories about the struggles Allan went through in his personal journey. He interjects humor and humility that is both refreshing and real. I related to his stories and it gave me inspiration that I could implement the Roadmap for the rest of my life. I highly recommend this book to listen to, but mostly, I recommend digging further into the value he provides by downloading the worksheets and exploring the personal coaching he offers.

Great Wellness Roadmap

I’ve always enjoyed the 40+Fitness podcast, and purchased the audio book after seeing it advertised on the podcast site. This was a fun and informative book with practical advice and some good reference points. It had a good balance of inspirational stories and personal trainer advice.
