Shockingly bad narration completely ruined a potentially good read. Couldn’t get into the story, and gave up before I threw my iPhone out of the window!!! She portrayed an argumentative, unfriendly bunch of characters, constantly insulting each other, shouting, bickering and arguing! I found it very stressful just listening! Come on Tracy, more of the wonderfully funny, wonderfully narrated ‘no one ever has sex …’ ilk

Disappointing. I love Tracy Bloom but I found this story to go round and round in circles and very drawn out. None of the normal humour. The narration also didn’t match the characters. Won’t be keeping .
