Matt’s mother kept all his childhood memories in a small box, amongst the many photos of Matt as a child. But something about those photos has always puzzled Matt. Is that really him? Pleasing story
Would you listen to The Way We Were again? Why?
No I would not listen to this book again. I thought it was read beautifully but the storyline took quite a while to get to the interesting bit and it wasn't up to Marcia Willetts earlier books standard so rather disappointing.
If you’ve listened to books by Marcia Willett before, how does this one compare?
This is far from the usual standard of her story lines and although a sweet story nowhere close to the older Marcia Willett books.
Which character – as performed by June Barrie – was your favourite?
I couldn't choose between them as June Barrie read all the characters so beautifully and just right.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Not really as I found it very slow going all the way through
