Good book. Lots of quick simple recipes. I like that it gives nutritional information per serving but I dislike that it doesn't tell you how many servings each recipe yields. It's not hard to figure out though.

Interesting concept, useful information, easy to follow steps. Not something exactly new or innovative, but the recipes are collected and ordered, which is good. Ketogenic is not exactly vegetarian, whereas the latter is different from vegan too. The leading principle is perhaps healthy eating.

I found there is a ton of good healthy recipes. This book has some unique recipes that never I heard before. Some recipes are so easy to prepare, some are quite difficult. The rest of the book was pretty interesting, though. I enjoyed learning more, and I'm really hoping to implement ketogenic eating into my diet. This is a very helpful book for healthy diet recipes.
