brilliant and excellent
I loved listening to this book it was structured well. I enjoyed every minute of it, it was good how the book reflected on live examples of really experiences of what black women go through.

great book...great lessons...worth a purchase!
i akways enjoy Iyanla's books and this one did not disappoint. it was a great guide to dealing with lifes struggles and gave vivid examples and practical rituals to follow to get you back on track. i enjoyed the audio book and would recommend to others

Must Read for 'All Women' !!
I wish I read this book before entering adult hood, starting any relationships, had children.
Yet another amazing book from Mama Iyanla! brilliantly structured , superbly narrated with a touch of Iyanla's humour, giggles and magic!
This book has guided me through many of my life situations and challenges. I read it over and over again to keep me awake and sharp. I draw on it also in times of need for mental clarity, emotional strength and direction!
Would highly recommend!

Brilliant
Short but brilliant. One of her best books on what to do when we are going through a tough period “the valley”. I have gone back to it time and time again. I need her to write new books.

Super inspirational and substance for your soul
I have the hard copy of this title so I was a little disappointed some of the content had been removed from the audio, especially the meditations. However the key principles are there! This should be a mandatory read for every black female and it's definately worth purchasing.
