"The Universal One" by Walter Russell is an ambitious and comprehensive work that endeavors to blend the realms of science, philosophy, and spirituality into a singular, cohesive theory of the universe.

Published in 1926, Russell's book presents a visionary perspective on the nature of matter, energy, and consciousness, proposing a universe governed by laws of balance and rhythmic cycles. Through intricate diagrams and detailed explanations, Russell challenges the conventional scientific paradigms of his time, advocating for a deeper, more unified understanding of the cosmos.

His ideas, though not widely embraced by the scientific community, have inspired a dedicated following and continue to spark interest for their bold attempt to reconcile the physical with the metaphysical, offering a unique lens through which to view the mysteries of existence.

The scientific explanation that, everything is one but yet the one has been divided into multiples with nomenclature given to these divisions. We are and everything on this planet and the universe beat as one drum. Yet division keeps us in ignorance and not operating to our fullest potential. Once we realise that we are but Energy, Sound, Frequency and Vibration the doors of reality opens and we become enlightened. I would definitely recommend this audio book and it's hard copy, for those who seek truth of who we really are...

it's almost monotone, it's like the writer wanted to show his intelligence, and in doing so isolates the reader. it's written as though the reader has an academic background in cosmology amongst other sciences. I'm sure the information is revolutionary, but it's difficult to listen to

overly academic, easily loses its audience
