I'm interested in many things, and ultra-marathon is one of those.
I like understanding different areas of life, people's interests and hobbies. This helps me to have more engaging conversations when I meet new people.
Going back to the book. It's a great guide to knowing what steps are involved in ultramarathon training. A good read for someone starting out. Advise/tips in the book could save mistakes and 'learning through experience' and speed the process up. The language wasn't too technical and easy to understand. A real-life example - I enjoyed that too. Overall - great book and easy to listen to!

What an amazing listen! There is no doubt that this is a must-have for any aspiring runner. Whether you are trying to get in shape by running or have been at it for a while without reaching your goals, this listen is for you. I really enjoyed the vibe and voice behind these pages and how motivating it was. I tried running for years, and eventually thought that my body just wasn't built for it. This book altered my mindset and made me fall in love with the quick rhythmic footfalls and mindful moments that running brings.

There are so many fitness books out there but this book is a little different because it focuses on running marathons which is what I was looking for. The author has provided some great tips and advice, you may know some of it already, however, repetition is the key to learning and I found this really helpful and learning from a professional always helps.

This book has everything you need, from what to eat, to nutritional advice, avoiding injuries, staying safe and much more.
The book is written by an experienced marathon runner/trainer so the advice feels right and real. The narrator also makes the book come alive, really enjoyed listening to this book and would recommend it to anyone interested in running a marathon.
