Seems to work

This is an excellent tape for weight loss and exercise motivation. I can hear the Hypnotists voice in my head all day motivating me. I would recommend it if you are serious about weight loss and have tried all the diets and have failed. Weight loss is not about diet it is about addressing all the emotional issues associated with eating. One benefit is that I sleep better. Odd because at the end of the first session, the doctor says you will feel refreshed.

I have no trouble falling off to sleep but I sleep through the night until the alarm goes off the next morning. I haven't done that ! so far, so good. i have not lost weight doing this over the past two weeks, but i sure am not snacking anymore. not even a little. and, i sleep like THE DEAD at night now. So i am feeling better all around. my cravings for sweets is WAY down and i have not had a piece of candy or a granola bar in over a week. I love my sweets, too.

Excellent way to motivate and move forward

I am happy with the results I am getting. I do have to listen on a regular basis to see changes, but my cravings for sweets have been reduced, which is what my goal was. thank you Having lost a substantial amount of weight with a local hypnotherapist who later moved away, I began collecting a library of hypnosis book for weight control.

Of the dozen or so I've used, this one far exceeds the others in quality and efficacy. this book really helpful My wife and I had slightly different experiences with this product. She actually feel into a deep sleep. I simply was greatly relaxed. The presenter was obviously experienced and knew her stuff! It is something we'll both use over and over. Oh, and it was received on time and in excellent shape.

It will change your life in days.

This is recommended in audio so you can listen to the meditation. I think this would be helpful to anyone looking to change their mindset about weight loss. If you've struggled with losing weight, this is a worthy option to try. If there are another rapid weight loss and affirmations for self-love book in your digital library? If yes, I still recommend this one for you to align your subconscious mind with the law of attraction and manifest love, self-esteem, and health, and you would love it.

I heard Transformational Manifestation this about a month ago, and I found it an implausible experience. This book is intended to change the way you think through hypnosis and affirmations. Honesty and wisdom are trademark of this author.

This is recommended in audio book so you can listen to the meditation. I think this would be helpful to anyone looking to change their mindset about weight loss. You will be able to push away all your unhealthy cravings from the distance and find peace between positive commitment for weight loss.

Within days I felt the difference and benefits from listening to this guide. I highly recommend to anyone willing to open their minds for change. Sometimes you are doing small things correctly. Great introduction into the psychic world

This audiobook from the author Hypnosis is pretty useful for a number of things. It's good for actually liking the process of eating healthy. It's been helpful for weight loss motivation. I loved the audio book! It’s very easy to understand and can improve the way you see and communicate with other people.

I am happy that I was advised this audio book. It has a lot of motivation for proper nutrition and weight loss. If you want to lose weight quickly without changing your eating habits, then listen this audio book. I have listened too many hypnosis audio books. This is the best. A great book for anyone

Getting the word diet out of your vocabulary is the secret to weight loss. Once you do something for weeks it becomes routine I noticed subtle changes in my eating habits from listening to this disc. There is no magic bullet for weight loss. But this has helped me make healthy eating choices without even being aware that I was. Very pleased It's comprehensive in its coverage of the use of clinical hypnosis with many many medical diagnoses.

I like the format: research, case example and sample script. Its early chapters give a good overview of hypnosis in general. I love about this book is that it has specific examples of how to go about treating certain concerns, like phobias, etc. The examples allow you to practice until you get it right. A great book for anyone who wants to achieve his goals thru positive and guided approach to hypnosis.

This book is very detailed

It's a good audiobook for a good value. Helps with weight loss and maintaining where you are. I love these bedtime meditations. they truly help me fall and stay asleep. I have had problems sleeping for years and this is the thing that works for me. This is a decent tune in and you may have gone over a portion of the strategies previously yet don't let that put you off.

It's an all around depicted book, the techniques are clarified unmistakably and it's an agreeable tune in. I am enjoying this audible. It is common sense, helps me feel empowered to have better control over eating habits. Would highly recommend!

Great motivational tool Very effective

What a good audiobook this is!!!. There is no mistake in this audiobook and language is very easy to understand. Everyone should listen to this audiobook. The Content of the book is very good. This book is simply easy and informative. I really enjoy this book very much. Very informative and easy to understand for anyone interested in learning about Weight Loss Hypnosis.

I think that this audiobook is a wonderful tool, in which there are many tips. I found this to be very effective at getting me to crave healthier foods and actually want to work out my abs, which used to be my least favorite exercise. Now, I have healthier eating and exercise habits with ease, which is a big change for me.

Fantastic

Complete understanding of hypnotism with real life examples as well as how it has been being used to control the others. The author has also provided step by step instruction to practice this in real life. Go out into the world with a fantastic new skill! The possibilities are really limitless. Very interesting book! And although I just recently finished listening.

It I have been able to try the self-hypnosis on myself and it seems to work fairly well (noticed the signs described in the book). I have also tried the hypnosis technique on my teenage son and he says he felt very relaxed during the session. Can't wait to try more sessions for long term goals. Very good beginners book!

Got improvement

This is a serious book about self improvement and understanding how to get real results from yourself. Experience the real joy of doing something for yourself by yourself. There is no other feeling like it. Most of us want and need to look inside and see if we can get rid of those nagging little things that seem to hold us back.

Got those feeling with these affirmations. This book helps you understand that to do something not only conscious mind but also your subconscious mind must agree. The technique explained in the book helps you to communicate with your subconscious mind. In my experiences, it was highly effective.

Full of positive affirmation

This book is full of positive affirmation that you can repeat to yourself throughout the day when emotional eating tempts you. The author unpacks many of the reasons why we eat the way we do in order to get past them and stop poor eating habits, such as stress eating and comfort eating.

I've just listened the book, and everything made sense, and even listening the explained words had a calming effect on me. I'm going to try to remember to repeat some of the mantras throughout the day, and see if that works for my "boredom eating" at work.

How to improve yourself

The goal of all people in the world is: to become the best version of ourselves. But you need to constantly take care of yourself to get to that goal. This audiobook allowed me to do just that. Normally, classic diets focus on how much you are allowed to eat, using methods based on calorie or fat control. This behavior, however, in the long run, leads you to spend a huge amount of time, energy and willpower. While following this method brings you great results.

Eye Opening One

This feeling is amazing. I immediately noticed at the beginning that every time I listened to the meditation, I ended up with a smile on my face. I got this for a friend that's been trying to lose weight for quite some time now. They are saying they listen regularly and it helps them. Once I stopped eating sugar and flour, I was hooked. My hunger pains stopped and I feel great. I had no idea that those two foodstuffs were so addictive.

Hoping for the positive results!!

I have been on so many diets before and never kept the weight of with out gaining it back. I'm so tried of restrictions on what food's to eat. I have never heard of Intuitive eating before but after I listened the book it made since about the diet industry. I'm so glad I decided to listen this book. To know that I can say no to diets and start eating foods again without guilt. To learn to listen to my body when it is hungry and when it's full.

Recommended!

The first night, I felt ridiculous, but I persevered. The next day, I felt different. I didn't feel hungry and I wasn't thinking about food as usual. I seemed full quicker when I did eat. The effect continued and I started to work on being more active, eating healthier and not eating mindlessly. It's been 2 months now, and I have lost 30 pounds. I did do one touch up session in the past week as I was tending to eat more during snack times.
