I was sleeping before I knew it.

I was sleeping before I knew it. I have alot of trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I tried this last night and was out very quickly. I woke up feeling pretty good and in a good mood. I do recommend. I plan on listening to this again tonight. I received this for free for an honest review.

The Ultimate Sleep Meditation Works

This audiobook was fabulous! I began listening to it before I went to bed and it relaxed me totally. I then restarted it when I went to bed and got to the one on the beach and boom, I was out like a light. I had a great night's sleep and woke feeling rested and rejuvinated which was good. These meditations are so helpful in getting adequate rest and I'll be using this audiobook again. I can't rave about it enough. Loved it! Rachelle Stone was amazing doing these guided meditations. Her voice was perfect. Soothing, relaxing and altogether a win win. Recommended. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Pleasant, audible guidance to fall to sleep

Useful techniques described to breathe and relax the body so sleep will ensue. Easy-to-listen-to narrator Rachelle Stone. Three different background effects were nice to be able to choose between for each session. I recommend to ones who have difficulty falling asleep - that might be after waking in the middle of the night - my issue. After repeated use, techniques can become habitual in a great way. I received a free copy of this book and have freely offered this honest review.

Five Stars

Once again fell right to sleep and slept for 14 hours!!! I woke up feeling a little better and relaxed. Will for sure listens again tonight!! I have to give this the full 5 stars because out of all of the ones I have tried for sleep, this one is for sure the best out of about 10 that I have tried. It Works Amazingly

Great Narration

The voice is quite soothing. She goes through different techniques like deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation and there also is a lovely track of just music so you can listen to the whole thing or pick and choose based on your sleep challenges. Get Your Deep Sleep Back

This DVD has been effective at helping me rehone my skills to relax and allow myself to sleep. I use the deep relaxation section as it takes us through the muscle group by muscle group to help us relax. This helps me focus. By hearing her voice I can keep my attention on her. I would say to folks and like anything else this takes work. If you find your mind wandering initially, don't worry about it, just refocus and return to the process and each day will get a little better.
