big disappointment

the narrator sounds like a robot..literally the entire book is narrated in monotone robot voice. very distracting couldn't finish

NOT GOOD KETO INFORMATION

This is probably a fine diet guide if your looking for a traditional cut the calories cut the fat diet. If your looking to start and maintain nutritional ketosis this is definitely not the book to buy.

Starting the book with explanation of the keto diet was very helpful. I liked the allowed food list and the foods to avoid list. The diet is achievable with lifestyle changes on the individuals part.

This was one of several Keto books I listened and each had great things in it. This one is a very good intro to a clean ketogenic diet. It even has how to handle social situations and some exercises to get you started.
