This is a great listen for any avid hunter who is wanting to make the most of any catch. There are so many different kinds of mouth-watering recipes! I was also so happy to discover the PDF included with the audiobook purchase, which made it easier to follow recipes. Totally worth a listen.

Having caught my own game for many years, I was intrigued to see how an audio version of a cook book would do against the traditional book and gave this a go. I was surprised at how easy it was to follow along, especially with the free ebook for back up, and it was great to listen too the night before preparing some of my favourite deer recipes. This had a wealth of cooking knowledge for wild game and I certainly learnt a lot from the various recipes available across a wide range of wild game. A must listen for anyone into their wildgame cooking.

I love what Pat Gatz is doing in the hunting space, and really appreciate his perspective as a First Nation Algonquin Native. This cookbook guide is a beast of a resource with tons of great recipes (and I really appreciate the pdf coming with it). This is fun just to flip/listen to, and is for serious cooking to boot. Very cool cookbook!
