Carb cycling was my favourite

But the other ones were very helpful too, so I wouldn't write this book off just because there were some less interesting things. Still a really good book.

Simply amazing

You get all the information about alkaline, renal, flexitarian, no sugar diet, etc. There is a lot of health advice in here.

Renal and alkaline diet

All kinds of diets that aren't mainstream are in here. I think it's great to know more about the no sugar diet or mediterranean diet.
