Amazing, but i wouldnt give it to an under 16

Someone mentioned this before but do not read this book if it is your first David Almond book. Read a different one first. Also, in my opinion, if youre under 16, wait before reading.
This was a beautifully written story which touched on life, death, after life, God and more. The only problem was that it was really dark, and very sad at times. With all Almond books though you see a light at the end of the tunnel and I feel that I better know how to choose the way to live and love life.
