About this listen
Oscar Lozada is repulsive, and he likes it that way. His apartment is always a wreck, he works at a sewage plant, and he’s an abrasive jerk to just about everyone. When he's not out drinking and hooking up with strangers, he trolls people on the internet for lulz.
His life changes when he finds out a victim of his trolling lives right next door. Noah is super-hot and disarmingly nice. In spite of himself, Oscar starts to fall for him. All he has to do is make sure Noah never discovers the truth behind his trollish ways.

I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook.
I can’t wait to listen to more from Sera.

Noah and Oscar
Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
He's so busy being defensive in order to protect himself (because behind his outward facade he's actually a pretty great guy) that he almost misses out on getting to know sweet Noah.
Real life is messy, complicated and sometimes you can't see the forrest for the trees.
I was absolutely thrilled to find this story completely relatable and realistic.
Michael T. Bradley did an outstanding job of conveying all the characters emotions.

After the first couple of chapters I really got into the story and enjoyed it a lot. Oscar isn't a nice guy – at all. After tormenting Noah online, he finds out that he lives in the same apartment complex. They eventually fall for each other but Oscar doesn't tell Noah what he's done in the past. When Noah finds out who Oscar really is and what he's done he is heartbroken. He eventually forgives Oscar after he comes clean publicly online.
After we find out what Oscar went through in high school it helped to understand why he became the troll that he was. But Noah tamed him, because just being around Noah changed Oscar; he became a better person.
This is the first book I've read by Sera Trevor and the first audiobook I've listened to by Michael T. Bradley. I liked her writing and I really enjoyed his style of narration. I enjoyed the various voices he did for each of the characters.
The Pink Wedding is a great epilogue and is included in this audiobook. It was originally available as an ebook separately from The Troll Whisperer but I believe they've been combined into one book now.
A complimentary copy of this audiobook was provided to me but my review was voluntary and not influenced by the author and/or narrator.
A really good story, very good narration.
