but not enough material if you are new in the field. If you know Brian Tracy, James Clear, Jim Rohn and authors of the book there's nothing new in this book for you.

FULL OF GOLDEN NUGGETS

This audiobook is absolute treasure, it is full of golden nuggets of information on how you can change your habits with proven pieces of advice. Each day i plan on implementing one of these strategies.

Effective and detailed information

One can derive some key elements in this book. It's something you have probably heard before if you are into personal development but there are those nuggets of wisdom in the execution and summary section that helps to tie up loose ends so that was particularly helpful to reinforce my beliefs. Great read and recommended!

I can comfortably say that this is the greatest self development book i have heard in a long time. Just everything it teaches you about habits is amazing, there is honestly no flaws what so ever with this one what so ever.

Such a wonderful fast read/listen.

Brilliant

Absolutely Brilliant, I am so happy that i used my credit on this audiobook it has given insights on how just how much habits can change your life and future. Then after you have been informed on how important habits are you can then begin to learn how you can use the techniques from this book on how to go about changing them.

Insane content - Insane Narration

Very practical guide

Very practical teaching are inside of this audiobook, i have listened to quite a lot of self-help books before and the advice they share does not work or requires you to buy expensive equipment to get started. However once i had finished listening to this audiobook I was very pleased with the teaching it gave to me as one it did not require me to purchase anything and secondly the advice could be done anywhere at anytime.

Listened to it again.

I find that listening to this audiobook has helped me a lot for combating bad habits, i think that listening to it again and taking down notes can help you plan out your strategy to counter bad habits; by using habit stacking.

Must Read!

Stephen and the boys have done a great job on this audiobook. Starting off with the audio quality, both narrators are brilliant makes it so much more easier to understand and take in. Then the content inside is superb really goes into depth on how to stop procrastinating and becoming more self-disciplined.

Amazing book well worth the time

Amazing!!!
All i can say is this book has had a great impact on my life, in multiple areas such as health, love life and financially. The book itself focuses on key fundamentals that maybe having an effect for no good in specific areas, then teaches you how you can go about and either eradicate them or change them for good.
