Good ideas but an annoying narrator
Would you try another book written by Max Mckeown or narrated by Max Mckeown?
I would listen to another book of his as long as someone else narrated it.

A great tool
General enough allowing you to relate to your own situation, and make improvements. As with most books of this nature it must be read again at different points in your company journey or personal targets

Worst audio book
Struggle to stay awake! Theory overload with very few real life examples of where the dufferent strategies have been implemented. Do not waste you time and money on this one!
