Discover simple strategies to manage your anxiety with ease!

Have you ever felt that:

  • You are extremely stressed by certain aspects of your job such as networking, public speaking, or being judged by your manager?
  • Your personal relationships suffer because you avoid social situations?
  • Everyday activities like shopping feel much scarier and more stressful than they should be?

If you’ve answered at least one question with “yes”, this audiobook is exactly what you need!

Social anxiety can range from manageable discomfort in social situations to actual panic attacks. Even in milder forms, it can harm relationships with loved ones and make you miss amazing career opportunities. Fortunately, you aren’t left alone to suffer: there are many ways of managing social anxiety, from reading/listening to self-help books, to taking medication. Of course, always start with listening to a good self-help book such as this one.

Tiffany White offers a clear blueprint that will guide you towards a happier, more socially active life. In her book, you’ll find step-to-step guides to managing stressful situations and building healthy lifestyle habits that have been proven to reduce anxiety.

Here’s exactly what you’ll find in The Social Anxiety Workbook:

  • How to know whether your social anxiety needs specialist treatment or can be treated with natural remedies, lifestyle changes, and self-help techniques
  • Essential techniques to manage anxiety, such as breathing, visualizations, and physical activity
  • How to prevent social anxiety by crafting a less stressful, healthier lifestyle, and developing your social skills
  • How to apply the techniques of CBT (a type of psychotherapy) without necessarily having to go to a professional therapist
  • And much, much more!

Highly recommended.

I highlighted literally half the book. It was almost like it was explained specifically about and for me. I've suffered from social anxiety for as long as I can remember, and this book gave me hope and helped me see that I'm not fundamentally flawed or broken. Highly recommended.

Important book

A large part of my social anxiety has to do with the judgment that I perceive from others, which makes it difficult to take any advice.

I love the listen style in this audiobook. It's matter-of-fact but it's sappy either. It almost feels like she's a friend having a conversation with you.

I like this book

A great deal in this book may appear to be excessively fundamental to individuals. Be that as it may, on the off chance that you have a feeling that you battle with the rudiments of social associations, the same number of us do, this book is an extraordinary guide.

VERY interesting.

I think it helped that I already had a foundation of Social Anxiety and Self Esteem and used that to work through some other anxiety. My friend introduced me to Clark Brown’s podcast and his style is life changing. This book was very helpful in providing me with new tools to shift my mindset when it comes to social anxiety. It also was backed with very relevant supporting data and information. I highly recommend this book.

i worked through the entire book and gained much needed self confidence. The book helped pin point the reason for being shy and become bold enough to get out more and make some great friends. Would recommend to anyone struggling with social anxiety or shyness

Instantly Helpful.

After over 50 self-help books in a year's time, this one is the most practical, easy to absorb, and simultaneously inspiring book on the topic of social confidence. I am happy I found it! listen it in two days! It really touched on every key point I have found in my search—but all in one book.

All data is extremely nitty-gritty, simple to peruse, and supportive. I enjoyed this book and I am happy to have it on my Kindle. There are all the essential data to comprehend what are the makers of certainty destroyers thus on. It is extremely valuable to peruse for self-advancement.

The book with the potential to change your life.

I am only halfway through this book and it has already helped me tremendously. If you suffer from social anxiety I highly recommend this book. Though I still often get social anxiety I can see myself getting better. It's within my grasp. It helps you identify negative habits and thoughts and build on positive ones. Please listen. Worth the money. Enough is enough. Take control. Good luck!

Overall excellent guide audiobook

This is because someone usually sends signals before they can even talk to us verbally. The inability to listen people’s signals through their body language can make us be irrelevant when we approach people. they will often have no idea how to start a conversation, read body language, or identify social cues.

Very informative

This is a good audiobook for people who cannot communicate well and cannot understand people. When I talked to others, it helped me find every little mistake I made. Very useful for formal and informal relationships.
