Great book. Highly recommended

I am only halfway through this book and it has already helped me tremendously. If you suffer from social anxiety I highly recommend this book. Though I still often get social anxiety I can see myself getting better. Great book. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend taking the time to listen

I highly recommend taking the time to listen it from beginning to end. It's really tempting to skip to the bold action section, but getting to know yourself and accepting yourself first will lift a weight off your shoulders before trying out the final steps in the real world

Very helpful

A very good book for anyone with social anxiety who wants to learn how to gain the confidence needed. This gave me extra tools to add on specifically for social anxiety and I've seen genuine improvement already. Identifying and avoiding my safety behaviors has helped me a lot.
