Love this dieting audio book

In my diet chart many thinks are forbidden to eat but wait gaining.After listening this audio book i can eat whatever i like but i am losing my weight.Very lovely diet audio book and the narrator voice is very soothing.

short but to the point

A short book to give basic knowledge about how to diet. Written in an encouraging and simple way. Easy to listen to although I do think breaks inbetween paragraphs were a bit too long.

Less looking, more doing.

This very short book, made even shorter by the use of brief injections of music and long pauses between topics, is nevertheless fun and informative, covering the value, indeed necessity, of exercise, of balancing different food groups but always staying within a calorie xeficit, sleeping well, avoiding processed foods but indulging in treats along the way. Not a sprint but a marathon, is the message, along with the need for ongoing, intensive excercise. I'm not sure how useful this book is on it's own but it does offer encouragement to explore possibilities and stay positive rather than self accusatory. Indeed, rather than the dieting advice suggested in the title, it is more a brief invective to healthy living with emphasis on general excercise. Enjoyable to hear, the short bursts of previously mentioned guitar music add an overall brightness but waste talking time with a sequence usually following the pattern: end of section, music, longish pzuse, music, next title heading, pause, music, continuing the reading. Initially bright, this quickly became irritating. There was also some repetition in the text, as in suggesting that caffeine not be ingested shortly before bed time in order to get the recommended good, long sleep, but this was a minor intrusion. Overall, the ideas were generic, and delivered with humour and without guilty undertones. A good, non specific look at how to obtain a sleeker, more toned figure, read, with a touch of amusement in his voice, by Jonathan Bunce.

another dieting book

i dont really see much difference from many other dieting books. it is not really eat whatever you like...that said...it gives some great tips for exercising and dieting that are worth listening to should you truly wish to lose weight

Good Quick Listen!!!

THE SINNERS GUIDE TO DIETING: EAT WHATEVER YOU LIKE AND STILL LOSE WEIGHT! by David Fuentes I enjoyed listening to the positive reinforcement that this short audio book offers. I've known most of these things, but it is good to be reminded. Simple and easy to apply for beginners. The narration was well done, Jonathan Bunce voice is quite pleasing. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Straight talk

This is the easiest guide I’ve ever heard or read on dieting. It’s easy to read something but when you hear it said as in this book, .it opens your eyes up. So simple just do it. Come on people let’s get the weight off. Thank you David excellent

Pertinent information

I check with a nutritionist and the info on this book was on point. The book is easy to understand and follow. You don't have to deny yourself your favorite junk foods but you need to replace it with healthier choices and this book provides great alternative foods. I would recommend this book to anyone needing help to lose weight without dieting but needing to learn a new way of living. I received this book at my request and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review here of my own volition.

Awesome guide to weight loss

If you’re like me you need to lose weight this is a great resource on how to lose weight and still eat some of the foods you want. Lotta useful information that I didn’t know before listening to this book. Must get reference to add to your weight-loss collection and remember calories are the real centers in this.
