I chose this book because it was short and I wanted a taster session looking at the Silva Method.
I think it’s presentation is a bit dated but the essence is timeless so it didn’t put me off. I was drawn to the book through my own real life instances of esp which were clearly real but I could not see a purpose for them. I now will endeavour to tap into the collective consciousness to create solutions to problems that I experience around me and in doing so hope to improve my life and lives of all those I share my journey with.
