Read the title- the book says no more

It says ‘don’t dwell on negative thoughts for seven days’. That is it! No advice on how. It is 17 mins long. Listen to the free intro and you have the ‘book’.
It is like a book titled How to be Rich’ and in 17minutes it informs that you to be rich, you must get money, but not how - same principle here!! Useless.

Great advice, waste of time audio

I think most of the reviews were simply practicing the don't dwell on any negative thought rather than giving accurate reviews.

This topic is fantastic and should be explored fully. It's simply too short of an audio to get a grasp. You literally have to google the rules afterward to fully understand them, even after listening to this 3x. With that said, I'm not going to dwell on this. ;)
