Effective stuff

The Self-Confidence Workbook not only gave me some excellent tips for improving my own self-confidence (particularly in the workplace), but as a social worker who counsels adolescents with behavioral challenges, it's been a good resource for tips and activities to use with my clients, particularly when it comes to setting and achieving goals.

Enjoy this book

I enjoy this book. I got an advance copy because I’m a psychologist. You never know what you’ll get with those but this has been a pleasant surprise. What I like best is that it gives the research and background on confidence in an engaging way, but then goes on to have practical steps and exercises for people to follow.
