The Scotch King

Joseph Ingram made the mistake of stealing from me - four million dollars. He took my intelligence without paying for it. And thought he could get away with it. Think again. Now I’ll take something from him - something irreplaceable. His sister. Collateral. But even when Joseph doubles the amount of money he owes me, I don’t give her up. Nope. I have an image to maintain. So I keep her. And I’m not giving her up.

The Scotch Queen

I wasn't sure what changed my mind about giving London to Bones, but something did. Now London is officially mine. She's sassy, feisty, and she still tells me off when I have her under my thumb. I love it. Now I have a deal with the Barsetti brothers, Josephine is still pining for me, and revenge is heavy on my mind. I'm not sure what to do with London now that I'm not gonna kill her. But I'm certainly not going to fall in love with her.

The Scotch Royals

London is a lot more useful than I anticipated. She gets me what I need like a pro. With her by my side, I feel like I can do anything. My need for revenge is dimmed. My anger is contained. But her brother is still a problem. She wants me to let him go. I'm not sure if I can.

this one was entertaining through out Well worth the credit Love that they put all the books together making it a great entertaining buy. This series starts very dark with the abduction and proceeds through to the HEA.

Dark romance. 1POV. HEA. Complete trilogy.

⚠️Trigger warning for abuse and dubious consent.

This is a dark “sexy” romance with a Scottish duke kidnapping the sister of a man who crossed him. It’s a bit of an emotional listen.

That narration is pretty good, however I’m confused as to why Joseph has an American accent with the female but a Scottish one with the male.

The HEA is fulfilling and it’s nice that all three books are together.

The Scotch Series Boxset

Very hot. This great story definitely keeps the attention and interest. The passion between
Joseph and London is quite the whirlwind. The kind of love most of us can only read about.

Want to read a love story w/lots of action?

I liked the storyline. I love the narrators voices.
It actually started out very sad. But I love happily ever after ending and I got my wish.

Perfect

I usually hate trilogy books
It always feels like the story is just dragging
But this story was perfect!
I never once felt like skipping thru it.
I hung in every word!
The narrators were Perfect!

Highly recommend this book
Now I’m off to start the buttons series

"Incredulous"

"Incredulous" is a word that is used an incredibly distracting amount in this book particularly. I've noticed it in her other books but this one was crazy!

How about disbelieving, doubtful, skeptical, cynical, wary, suspicious, mistrusting, questioning, dubious, distrustful or unconvinced. I'm sure there are more.

Over all I enjoy the story but it can be repetitive.
