good read
I enjoyed listening to this book it was different from other sacrifice books ..I found myself smiling at bits and I also got Hooked the only thing I would change was the ending I think it needed more too it but saying that the book was an enjoyable read

Hot sex. Stupid h. Bleh story.
Well I've learned my lesson, no more by this author for me. I should have known the h would be stupid on purpose so the story could move on. Frankly, she's pretty stupid through most of it but the sex scenes were saucy and I was in that kinda mood so I kept listening.
I have only myself to blame for still being around when the H decided to keep life threatening secrets. My eyes did a hard roll when the h left the house with her cousin despite multiple warnings. It's like the author was trying to prove the h wouldn't just submit by making her rebellious, but the things she rebels with are on par with the thinking process of a 13 yr old! It doesn't make her look strong, it just makes her seem stupid. Also, without her blunders the story would stall. I mean why does she have to be an idiot to keep the story rolling?
Sigh... I'm a compulsive kind of reader so I'll finish this (just over an hr left) but after this I'm so done. A woman can be submissive without being as dumb as a box of rocks. And fyi, just saying she is clever doesn't make her clever, her actions have to back that up.
There is power in submission, so maybe the author didn't do enough research or just doesn't get it but whatever, I surrender.
One more eye roll for good measure before I tackle the last hour. Sigh...

bored disappointed can't keep going... very poorly made sub/dom story...it's just the same without any story in it...
