I finished the whole audio as I wanted to know how the story ended but I felt like the book was missing so much :( every time the FMC spoke it was the same “it wasn’t just this, it was this and this”.

This book was ok.
The description of things and feelings are a lot, there are a lot of repeated words especially "You are mine". I don't normally mind but I noticed this a lot in this series, & that there is a lot of, not necessary, self deprecating, doubt etc. and not a lot of action.
So in this book Dacre and Verena manage to get alliance with most of the rebellion. & go and fight the king. Whilst there is a lot of time spent talking about non relevant stuff the 2 big things that happened were not really well explained.
The rebellion leader's change of heart and why they didn't actually have to break the vessel?!
Narration was good and the book series as a whole is not bad!

Ok so this is the pre big review voice, cos girl i need to sit down and write all my thoughts out... but for now?! SO GOOD!!! Holly Renee you smashed it! The voice actors were so so good, Dacre?!?!?! Hellooooo swoon!
