About this listen

Adventure calls! Reality and fantasy finally collide when a new member joins Azure's party. A dangerous encounter with a mimic makes him think twice about touching large chests. And learning magic proves to be a bigger pain than he could have ever imagined.

The adventure continues in books 4-6 of the popular LitRPG series The Realm Between!

I have managed to get t the beginning of book 6 but I have turned it off out of frustration. I can honestly say I do not like a single one of the characters. I don't understand their motivations or even why they put up with each other. The MC is deeply flawed, and as said in another review, very whiny. The juice has ceased to be worth the squeeze at this point.

All of the characters are deeply unlikeable

Overall the story is pretty decent, very different from the majority BUT who wants to read/listen the a boom when the main character is a whining, weak little bi**h.
Caring about killing monsters and refusing because he might get PTSD… BORE.
Only carrying on this series because I’ve already got to book 6. Would not recommend.

I've listened to the first 6 books now and the amongst the group of adventurers there's not a single one who I would be upset at hearing had died. I can't bring myself to listen to any more of these pathetic people's stories. this is the first time I've ever given up on a series after the first book.

not for me
