Not great

Not great. Interesting idea but superficially addressed. Not convincing and therefore rather boring to listen to.

Beautiful Story

A beautiful story, romantic, thrilling, time-travel, murder mystery. Very well written, very well read. I both wanted it to end so I could learn the secrets and didn't want it to end as I wanted more.
Loved it

Very difficult to follow

It may be because I listen to half an hour before I go to sleep but I really found it difficult to follow this story. It jumps from different time periods and to different people . I struggled on with it thinking there would be a reason or purpose but in the end I wondered what it was all for. I really didn't get it.

Confusing TIme Travel Story

I love Time Travel books - but this wasn't one fo them.

Just about between lots of different dates and has quite a few different characters to try and keep track of.

Also is different to other Time Travel books as the people can meet up with their older and younger selves - makes for a confusion.

A Real Struggle to Read...

I'm a Time Travel lover from way back however this story is boring and such a struggle to plow through that I've read several books in between and still can't find the energy to finish it.
It's not written well at all despite the interesting concept of the story, variety and array of characters - most whom seem to be female.
I'm sorry but this is not worth the read. Disappointing.

Old school sci-fi

I’m not really a fan of fatalistic time travel stories but at least this one plays out well. It also feels old fashioned at times , like those sci-fi stories from the 50s with Britain having a successful space program that sends people to the moon. However it’s still a good story and I enjoyed it.

Narration was good.

get your brain ready for a mind blowing thinkathon

Wow, what a clever story, what a mind to think of all the rwists and turns. Great narration and changes in tone, really helped with following the story which, at times, was hard with so much 'tooing snd flowing' but worth it. Bit slow at the start but do persevere with it. Well worth reading/listening to.

Brilliant

The story has intrigue and depth, but is easy to follow - it’s clever, well thought out, absolutely loved it.
The narrator is extraordinary too, really gave the characters life.
