Keeps me mindful

This is a great place to start if you are new to mindfulness. I found this audible book extremely straightforward in explaining about and encouraging me to use the practice of Mindfulness. The narrator has a kind and pleasant voice and the meditations are effective.

Very easy listening

Therapeutic

Truly Awesome

This is a truly awesome book. I've tinkered with meditation for many years, mainly to gain some calmness and balance during the day in what could be a fairly stressful job. This audiobook gave me a much deeper understanding of what meditation is supposed to be about and how to better approach it. It is a true gift to anyone who wants to know what meditation is about and how to approach doing it.

I recommend this book to anyone

I recommend this book to anyone who has ever struggled with anxiety, panic, or self-worth issues. This practice gives you the ability to examine your own thought process without getting looped into any of your usual negative hang-ups.
