A very good book

This is a great step by step guide into showing you how to de-stress and throw if the burdens of the day. It really does work - I feel much less stressed and more centered these days.

Best meditation book

I've tried meditation before and never quite understood it although it's a very simple concept. What I never understood was that I should not try to relax and that it was a constant process of concentrating on the breath (or whatever), drifting off, realizing and bringing the mind back. This is the first book I've read that's really explained meditation properly; how to do it and how and why it works.

This book was so much informative. I listen to this book and I just love it. A great book on how to reduce anxiety. I find this book to be really helpful to me.

Therapeutic

I totally recommend this to anyone and everyone. If you are feeling dissatisfied or tired with the speed at which we are expected to live then this book is for you. It is also for you if you want to learn to truly reach a state of restfulness and focus.

Really good book to reduce stress

This is a really good book for working through in order to reduce stress, acknowledging that it is not the events that can be removed but only our reaction to them. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to de-stress.

Mindfulness explained

Good, straightforward advice and instruction on how to meditate and how to be mindful. Highly recommended for anyone wishing to learn more about being mindful and how to create sufficient headspace in today's busy world.
