Dissimilar to most of self-restraint books which reveal to you why you need it, this book discloses to you how to gain it. It covers self-control in incredible profundity and in a wide assortment of circumstances. Certainly on my "should tune in" list.

I'm satisfied to listen to this audible

This author gives real tips and tactics to get to that point where you can sit, as he says, with wet socks and never have a problem with it. It is also about building tolerance for discomfort and understanding how your environment and relationships have a huge impact somewhere on your mindset.
