A powerful concept spread a little thinly

The concept described in this book holds a lot of power and I am definitely utilising it in what I do, going forward. It’s a shame the real lessons in this book are spread so thinly. There’s a lot of repetition of stories and phrases. I got sick of listening to the narrator say ‘the third way’ quite quickly.

Again, the concepts described are solid, I just would have liked a bit more of a direct and detailed approach to explaining and exploring them. I’d prefer less time to be spent on case studies and repetition and more on detailing how to approach design, data, feedback and improvement.
