Genuinely interesting.

A genuinely very interesting book which I could not stop listening to. Very surprised how easy it is to implement some of the rules of hygge into "everyday" life. I have already recommended this book to two friends who loved it also.

Actually realistic

I wasn't really sure what to expect from this book but I must say I was very very pleasantly surprised. To make it clear, this book deals with what Hygge is but most importantly it shows you how to use the concepts in daily life in a very realistic way. This is for people who dont live in Denmark in a quiet chalet - this is for people who live normal lives in cities around the world. It is about bringing those concepts to your own lives in a very real world. I loved all the book but musty say the second half was by far the best. I have been implementing these tips into my life for the past 4 weeks and I am seeing a dramatic increase in calmness, happiness and weirdly productivity too.

Loved it

Finally this whole HYGGE thing makes sense! To me it was all a little too "hippy" for me, but this book made perfect sense and showed me how I can actually use it in daily life. Really enjoyed the narrator, very easy to listen to and I learnt a lot more than expected.

Something different

This is definitely something different for me, not a subject or area I would usually have much interest in but im glad I took a chance as I learnt a lot and mostly how u can implement parts of the hygge lifestyle without changing everything. Really interesting book actually.

Valuable listen

All of it was good, but the second half really struck me, liked all the case studies and actual advice on how to use Hygge. Narrator was good, perfect sound quality, no issues there. Giving this 5 out of 5. Thanks.

Really enjoyable book

Delighted by this one. Was not sure what to expect but gained a lot from this one. Might need to listen to it again as a few parts were confusing but overall really liked it. Hygge can be quite amazing if u really understand it.
