I loved the book so much and have listened to it multiple times! The simplicity of falling and staying in love captured so beautifully Ms Brown. Two souls connecting deeply and supporting each other beyond the reality of their dire circumstances. I really enjoyed both Georgie and Tony’s narration - the inflection, the tenderness, nuances and emotion of the characters was supreme! I would always root for Safari, Elise, Imani and O’Neil - and their happy ever after despite the adversities they faced in life. They all deserved the happy ending Ms Brown blessed them with. This is a story of surviving through life’s adversities and turning lemons into lemonade! This is a story about love and finding unalloyed joy in the most unlikely places and people! This was beautifully written and excellently narrated!
