Well Said.

It has a ton of options and it is easy to make a lot of them. It has definitely saved dinner a few times. My kids enjoy helping me make them too which is always a plus! Lovely plant based diet cookbook!

Perfect for Beginners

The information especially the easy to follow meal plans was easily presented and made me feel that making the leap to vegan eating was a possibility. I would definitely recommend this book to others. Author knows what she likes and likes doing it. This book is a companion book for her first book. Each book will stand alone by itself but together they compliment each other. It is awesome recipes!

Good Thinking

I got this for my daughter who is a gymnast and horse back rider. She is also vegetarian. There are great recipes in here and really good information. Great cookbook!
