This book is particularly instructive in a nefarious scam that robs people not only of their life savings but their dignity as well as most victims are too ashamed to report it. But it can happen to anyone, written from a first-person perspective it shows you the process of how the scam takes place, very instructive.

Listening the audiobook was cathartic and unsettling, but it also helped me somehow. I needed this to come back down to earth and see not only the good side of people, but also that despite the many beautiful things, this is still a very cold and dangerous world and you have to be very careful. So I am very grateful to the author also because of this!

I recommend this audiobook to everyone because it is very educational and extremely helpful. It is also recommended for those who, although they have not been in a similar situation themselves, are interested in works in which the author tries to help based on his or her own lived and authentic experiences (these are my favorite genres). For those who have also fallen into the net of a manipulative person, be it fraud, deception or are forced to maintain contact with such a negative person on a daily basis. I think is a must for them. It's five stars for me.

And the only thing I would say to the author is that everything has a reason. Although it was a great loss for you, but think of it, maybe this bad experience needed to make this audiobook, which will help many other people in the future. Because yes, that's the truth! This audiobook is the help! I wish a lot of strength to those in trouble, believe me, if you stay strong and stick together, in the end you will win!
