The narrator sounded like a drama queen. Of all Linda Castillo books, this is the only one I disliked and was glad when it had finished.

Dated story, When I saw the release date I thought it was publishing date but it was the audible release. I love Linda's Kate Burkholders books, I will preorder them because I like them so much. This book is nowhere in the same league. Too simple, characters 2 dimensional and the narrative sickly sweet. I did finish it but I thought multiple times, WHY. It does not leave anything back and I will not listen to it again like I do with most books I purchased.
